We are seeing a repeat of the issues observed last week in relation to Duo Two Factor. This incident is affecting authentications to a number of University services, particularly for those on campus and connected to the VPN.

The issue affecting Duo is related to a wider issue affecting global internet connectivity. This cannot be resolved by IT Services directly, however our teams will continue to work with our suppliers.

We have now resolved the issue and the service is now running again.

Duo authentication is now functioning on all platforms and we do not anticipate any further issues with this service.
